    The Assistant Alumni Relations Director is charged with assisting the director securing commitments from alumni to provide professional expertise, volunteer service, and other means of support, and collaborating with other administrative offices to build and maintain pathways for alumni participation that advance the goals of the College. The successful applicant will possess a bachelor's degree, strong written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, willing to travel several times throughout the year and preference given to alumni of Mount Marty College.

    Assistant Director of Annual Giving and Stewardship Officer

    The Assistant Director of Annual Giving and Stewardship Officer will be responsible for supporting the organization's fundraising efforts through assistance with annual giving appeals and by spearheading the stewardship of gifts and donors to the college. The successful applicant will possess a bachelor's degree, strong written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, willing to travel several times throughout the year.

    BioSNTR Undergraduate Research Aides

    The BioSNTR Undergraduate Research Aides will assist in basic research conducted in the lab of Dr. Geiser. This research pertains to investigating the bio-compatibility of materials used in scaffolding for growing tissues.  The research aides will assist researchers with experiments under technical supervision.  Duties include preparation of solutions, media, and glassware and/or collecting and analyzing specimens and data for research purposes.  Research aides must be enrolled as an undergraduate student at Mount Marty College for the 2014-15 academic year.  Preference given for experience in cellular and biochemical techniques and theory.

    BRIN Undergraduate Research Aides

    The BRIN Undergraduate Research Aides will assist in basic research conducted in the labs of Dr. Jacqueline Kelley (A community-based action research study of obesity in children and teens) and/or Dr. Vicki Geiser (Development of an organotypic raft culture system to study the role of Latent Membrane Protein 1 during Epstein-Barr Virus replication)or   Dr. Chun Wu (Investigation of potential drug targets for Methicillin-Resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) infections).  The research aide will assist researchers with experiments under technical supervision.  Duties include preparation of solutions, media, and glassware and/or collecting and analyzing specimens and data for research purposes.  Research aides must be enrolled as an undergraduate student at Mount Marty College for the 2014-15 academic year.  Preference given for experience in cellular and biochemical techniques and theory, as well as nursing and teacher education majors.

    Custodian/Housekeeper

    This full-time position will have the opportunity to establish and maintain a safe, clean, attractive and effective physical environment for the campus community by performing a variety of cleaning responsibilities. Hours are Monday-Friday with some weekends required for special events.

    Director of Bands (Part-Time Position)

    The Division of Arts & Humanities invites applications as Director of Bands for the 2015-16 Academic year.  This is a nine-month term appointment.  Masters in the discipline or equivalent experience required. 

    The successful candidate must have the ability to conduct the MMC Concert Band, Weed Brass Quintet, Jazz Band and Pep Band (Basketball season).  He or she will also teach Instrumental Conducting, Brass Methods, Woodwind Methods, Percussion Methods, String Methods, and Secondary Instrumental Education methods (alternate years and semesters).  The position also includes lessons for brass, woodwinds, and percussion. 

    The successful candidate should demonstrate a record of excellence in teaching and possess a strong desire to work in a small, collegial, liberal arts college.  Foreign-born candidates must have an INS visa (H or better) that allows work within the United States.

    Head Men's Tennis Coach

    This is a part-time position responsible for developing a men’s tennis program including recruiting, and retaining student athletes, budgeting, organizing practices, scheduling and handling matters necessary to run a competitive program.  Successful candidate will be involved with fund raising and public relations for the College.

    IT Helpdesk Specialist

    This full-time position will provide overall technology support to staff, faculty and students for the ITSS Department including managing issue tracking, providing first level support on issue resolution, tracking inventory of computers/laptop and other hardware devices; maintaining classroom technology and video conferencing systems; supervising work-study students and projects and administering basic on premises telephone system.

    Applicants for this position should have technical, customer service, and familiarity with wide variety of operating systems, audio visual equipment and database experience.  A+ certification preferred.  This position requires Associates or Bachelor Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
