This full-time position will have the opportunity to provide assistance to the Division of Nursing and the Chair of Nursing Programs through planning, organizing, directing, and coordination program operations. The position will also monitor deadlines and other time factors, compliance with program guidelines, and compile data for required reports. Position starts July 1, 2013.
Individual should have good customer service and computer skills, be accurate and very detail oriented. Associate degree or specialized training preferred with two years of experience in secretarial field (four years preferred)

Assistant Coach for Men's Basketball
This position is a part-time, ten-month position. Primary responsibilities will include: recruiting, scouting, film exchange, as well as day to day basketball operations. This position will also have the responsibility in assisting the head coach with preparing and conducting practices, off season workouts and other athletic department administrative activities.
An ideal candidate will have had playing and/or coaching experience at the collegiate level. He/She should have an understanding of college athletics, an inherent ability to build relationships, and a passion for the game of basketball.
There is an opportunity to explore graduate school as well.

Assistant Professor, Masters in Nursing Program
The Masters Division of Nursing invites applications for a ten-month, full-time Assistant Professor of Masters of Nursing. The selected candidate must have a Master’s degree in nursing with specialization in primary care of adult health populations. A PhD or DNP is preferred. National certification as an Adult Geriatric Nurse Practitioner or Family Nurse Practitioner is required and previous experience teaching in a nursing program is desired.
Responsibilities include teaching and guiding advanced practice nursing students in theory and clinical practice, advising and mentoring students, growing cooperative relationships with practice leaders at clinical experiential learning sites, and participation in the planning and assessment of the program.

Director of Alumni Relations Mount Marty College is actively seeking a Director of Alumni Relations. Reporting to the Chief Advancement Officer, the Director of Alumni Relations will be responsible for developing a robust program of keeping alumni professionally and personally connected with one another and with Mount Marty College’s current students and programming.
The successful applicant will be an alum of Mount Marty College, with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge on the use of technology including social and online media , as well as excellent organizational skills are required. Director of Residence Life and Campus Safety
This is an exempt, full-time position that maintains a positive residential and campus experience for students by working with students, staff, and resident assistants to plan hall and safety and security programming and activities that support personal and academic as well as providing a safe atmosphere for the entire campus. A Bachelor's degree is required. Master's and a minimum of one year experience supervising students in a residence hall (preferred). The applicant must have the ability to have a flexible schedule to accommodate early morning, late evening and weekend activities and on-call duty rotation.

Enrollment Counselor
MMC invites applications for the position of Enrollment Counselor for Transfers, Adult Learners & International Students. We seek candidates who can effectively articulate and sell the value of a liberal arts education and the distinctive features of Mount Marty College through both written and public speaking skills. Candidates should have a team-oriented disposition, competitive spirit, high level of energy and a sense of humor. Initiative, self-direction, adaptability and an ability to engage students from diverse backgrounds are also essential qualities.
This position is responsible for consistent and effective correspondence with prospective students and/or appropriate family members; providing academic and financial aid counseling; processing of applications and all other documents related to enrollment; development of recruitment strategies specific to assigned territory; active participation in on-campus recruitment-related events; and focused attention to the complete prospective student campus visit experience. These responsibilities include some travel, including occasional overnights, and non-traditional hours, including evening and occasional weekend commitments.
Previous experience in college admissions, sales, marketing, and/or counseling preferred. A bachelor's degree and driver's license are required. This is an exempt, full-time position.

Residence Hall Director and Student Success Counselor This is an exempt, full-time position. This position maintains a positive residential and campus experience for students by working with students, staff, and resident assistants to plan hall and campus programs and activities that support personal, academic, and spiritual development. And will work proactively to help the college meet its goals of increasing retention and graduation rates by meeting the academic and developmental needs of students.
