Lenni has done a remarkable job with the throwing events while at Mount Marty College. Her expertise in the throwing events was instrumental in helping former Mount Marty All-American Laura Wortmann. Wortmann earned four All-American awards during her two years that she worked with Coach Billberg.

Jim has expertise in every event in track and field. His assistance at Mount Marty had led to the overall improvement and has allowed the teams to be more competitive each year. Coach Minor is known for his unique personality and has a great way of getting his coaching ideas across to his athletes.

Coach Olson brings enthusiasm and experience in his first year as an assistant coach at Mount Marty College. Olson will focus on coaching jumping events and the pole vault. Olson has an impressive resume working with pole vaulters. Olson coached Mallory Peck during her high school career. Peck is regarded as one of the all time greatest Pole Vaulters in South Dakota High School history. Olson has also coach other high school state champion pole vaulters and state place winners.
