Coach Climer is in her fourth year as the head volleyball coach for Mount Marty College. During her time here Coach Climer has had five players named Honorable Mentioned in the GPAC, eight players named Daktronics Scholar Athletes, and NAIA Scholar Team Award and AVCA Team Academic Awards for two years.
Prior to her time at Mount Marty College, Coach Climer coached women's volleyball at Hartington Public (2008-2009), Hartington Club coach (2006-2007), West High School (2005), Club Coach (2003-2004), Assistant volleyball coach at Mount Marty College (2001-2004) and student assistant at Mount Marty College (2000-2001).
