Published Date2\17\2012
Mount Marty College is pleased to announce the signing of Sioux City Bishop Heelan Catholic High School senior, Alexandria Max, to play soccer for the Lancers next fall.

Lancer Head Coach Nathan Epp is excited to have Alexandria join the team next fall. "We are very fortunate to have Alexandria be part of our program. She has been a solid contributor to the Heelan program and they are always one of the best teams in the state", says Epp. "She will bring a lot of experience and talent to the outside midfield position." Max also plays for the Gateway City and Tri-State Soccer clubs.

Coach Epp continues, "Mount Marty is not only getting a good soccer player but Alex has great character as a person which fits well with MMC and our mission."

Max is currently on the Bishop Heelan honor roll and is involved with Miracle Makers and Club Red. She is planning on majoring in Graphic Design at Mount Marty College, where she will also be receiving the Academic Incentive Scholarship and Catholic Leadership award. Alexandria is the daughter of Matthew and Theresa Max of Sioux City, IA.
