MMC Baseball Adds Sioux Citys Morin

Mount Marty College is pleased to announce the commitment of Sean Morin, a Sioux City North High School senior, to attend Mount Marty College this fall and participate in the baseball program.

Morin, who has the ability to play several positions, will look to fill the utility role for the Lancers. Morin played for Coach Rory Jackson and the Sioux City North High School Baseball team that finished with a 24-13 record.

Mount Marty College head baseball coach, Andy Bernatow, is excited to announce the commitment of Morin to the Lancer Baseball program. "I am very excited about the commitment of Sean to the baseball program. Sean should be a great addition to the program and has the ability to play several positions. Sean's high school coach, Rory Jackson, has given him high praises about his work ethic. I am eager to get Sean to campus and start working with him."

Morin, the son of Mike and Julie, plans to major in education at Mount Marty College. Having been listed on the Honor Roll during his high school academic career he is the recipient of a MMC academic Achievement Scholarship in addition to his baseball scholarship.
