Each residence floor is provided with a Residence Assistant (RA) to guide and help the students, and a Residence Hall Director (RHD) for more difficult questions and concerns, or additional guidance. MMC is committed to providing a safe living environment by having trained and caring live in professionals in the residence halls...so, make sure you talk with your RA or RHD if you have any concerns. We are here to help you.

College attended: BA in Spanish and Computer Information Systems from Augustana College, Sioux Falls, SD & MA in Education Administration, Adult and Higher Education, from The University of South Dakota, Vermillion, SD.

Best residence life memory: I LOVE hall openings and orientation. I remember each from the past nine years. I have a lot of fun meeting and interacting with all the students and their friends and family.

The best thing about my job is: I really enjoy visitors in my office and I like visiting students in the halls too. Through these interactions I get to know so many students and am able to work with them to achieve their college success goals.

Best Part about being a Coach: I have always been a fan of the break through performances in sports, and my goal as a coach is to help our student athletes to do things that they themselves didn't even think was possible! My coaching does not stop once I step off the track either, I hope to help develop our student athletes to their greatest potential both on and off the track; because well rounded individuals not only make better athletes but better functioning members of their communities.

Best Part about being an RHD: I really enjoy meeting new people! Please feel free to come by my office or stop me in the halls to talk! I hope to help in any way possible so that the students will thoroughly enjoy their stay at Mount Marty College.
